Scrap Day @ Lisa's

Had such a full-on day!! Getting ready to go to Lisa's and an old friend of mine surpirses me and comes over for a quicky coffee. It was really good catching to up her, it's been a while. Then off to Lisa's with Belynda and Alex. This is the only thing i made, a thank you card...

I was busy obsessing with Lisa and Amanda's (aka star) stamp collection!!!! Hoooollllleeeeyyyy!!! Stack and Stacks of stamps!!! So i grabed my faves and stamped them onto some paper. 3 sheets worth!!! Below is a pic of Belynda, Amanda (star) and Amanda scrappin and chattin.

And after a long day (without a nap from both of the kids) fell straight asleep before we got onto the motorway.

Oh my.... I think this would have to be the most scrapbooking i have ever done in one day!!!!! How exciting!! I love cyber crops!!! This is my take on Lisa's challenge. complete a LO about a mum, include lace-pink-flowers this is my kind of LO hehe. I thought i'd do something different today because i have used alot of multiple photos on my LO's which normally i only like to use one. TFL

Mandy's Challenge - The Best Thing About Motherhood

Here is my take on Mandy's Challenge from MAS Cyber Crop. The challenge was to using the title "the best thing about motherhood" I have a hidden tag with journalling which is featured below. I distressed the edges (it was by accident - i had to fix a mistake) which is something new for me and i love it. Thanks for the challenge Mandy hunnie xxxx

2 New LO's

This is a Lo i did for Mandy's Negative Space Challenge - White back ground - bright colours - 1 handmade embellishment. i have made some flowers out of felt. I really enjoyed this challenge because it took me out of my comfort zone of using just one colour. Thanks Mandy xxx

I also caught up with Belynda twice this week! who i met over at scrapchat. Her little son Alex is so adorable and loves having fun with isabella. They are so cute!!! We had a scrap day at my place yesterday. i think we did more chatting then we did scrapping ;) I'm so happy to have made a new friend!! and its all through the world wide web.

Its been a week since i've posted but what a week it has been. No scrapping i'm affraid :( except i recieved my kasier flourish stamps from Vicki + some of her GORGEOUS cards!!! Thanks heaps Vic XOX go check out her new magnolia card website http://vicmbeescards.blogspot.com/ shes so talented!!

Now for the exciting news... i got to met my new friend Belynda on friday!!!! We met through scrapchat forum and now Debs creations :)

We had such a good day: sharing our Lo's, having a yummy pasta carbanara lunch and some naughty chocolate mud cake with strawberries and cream :D and the kids had a ball!!!! i think they were both happy to have someone to play with other then themselves :)

ScrapChat May Sketch

Here is my take on this months sketch challenge over at scrapchat.
I have turned the sketch on its side and used one photo instead of two.

I've only done a few sketches before so i'm still new to it all and what changes you can make or what not. You might think it looks nothing like the sketch

But over all i'm happy with the end result :) I love this photo of Aaron and Isabella.
